Warranty and Repair
Lenyosys Inc. (Lenyosys) provides a limited warranty of two (2) years for the control unit and six (6) months for all other parts and accessories from the date of original purchase.
Lenyosys will repair or replace the product free of charge should its failure be caused by a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty shall apply under the conditions of normal use of the device. This warranty shall not cover any damage caused by accident, improper storage or transport, immersion into water or negligence; nor shall it cover any other obvious physical or electrical damages caused by the misuse of the device including low or excess voltage.
Furthermore, Lenyosys shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, for any commercial loss, or for any other loss or damages. In the case of any failure under warranty, please contact the reseller.
Repairs should only be made by the manufacturer or authorized personnel, otherwise the warranty will be null and void. Opening the control unit, device or other closed/sealed accessories or components will also void the warranty. When returning the product for repair, please include original packaging, if available, and ensure that it is well-packed and protected from potential damages during transport. We recommend shipping with insurance, as well as tracking and shipment confirmation to ensure that Lenyosys receives the package. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.
Please contact your reseller for instructions before returning your unit. If you purchased your device from Lenyosys directly, contact customer service at email@example.com for return instructions.
Any legitimate claim made during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period. If the warranty is not applicable, Lenyosys reserves the right to charge the customer for replacement or repair. In this case Lenyosys will inform the customer in advance.
LENYO home and mobile BRT products that are unused may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Used products may be returned within 30 days for a partial refund that includes a restocking fee.
The following restocking fees apply:
Home BRT products – 15% of original purchase price excluding shipping
Mobile BRT products – 20% of original purchase price excluding shipping
Professional BRT products – Restocking fee varies depending on the product. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Contact customer service at email@example.com for return instructions and to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise must be returned in excellent condition and include all parts, accessories and original packaging.
A copy of the original invoice, receipt or proof of purchase must also be included, as well as the RA number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Refunds are given using the original form of payment.
Customer is responsible for both original and all return shipment costs. We recommend shipping with insurance, as well as tracking and shipment confirmation to ensure that Lenyosys receives the package. Lenyosys is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Products damaged in any way, including shipping and excessive wear-and-tear, are excluded from this refund policy and the return will not be accepted. Lenyosys reserves the right to make the final evaluation and decision in regards to “damage” and “excessive wear-and-tear”.
